study on new omega-3 supplement looks at treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd) in children

are studying the link between eye q, a new omega-3 fatty acid supplement, and its effects on adhd. the first clinical trial will be conducted by the faculty of medicine and the department of psychology at 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜
, and facilitated by the children's centre thunder bay.
the only canadian study of its kind, the trial is being led by researchers dr. brian ross, associate professor of neuropharmacology at the northern ontario school of medicine (nosm); dr. ed rawana, research director at 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜
, site of the centre of excellence for children and adolescents with special needs (cecasn) and assistant professor of psychology; and jennifer seguin, who is the study coordinator and is completing her master's of arts degree in clinical psychology."this research is specifically interesting for two reasons: this supplement is not yet marketed in canada , and this is the first clinical trial that has taken place at 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 ," says dr. rawana.
the purpose of the study is to test eye q (a mixture of fish and plant-derived lipids), which will be measured for its effectiveness at reducing attention difficulties.
