lakehead graduate 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 show their talent

(february 24, 2009 --thunder bay, on) 阿根廷vs墨西哥竞猜 graduate 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 will be showing off their research talent this week, as they take part in the graduate student conference that is part of research and innovation week 2009.

the conference will feature poster and paper presentations. the top three presentations in each of three categories will be recognised. the categories are the natural science and engineering research council of canada (nserc), the social sciences and humanities research council of canada (sshrc), and the canadian institute of health research (cihr). one prize will be awarded to the best aboriginal-themed research project.

jane crossman, acting dean of graduate studies says, "lakehead has attracted some of the most intelligent and industrious graduate 世界杯2022赛程表淘汰赛 in the country. many of their projects shed new light on topics relevant to our local area."

some titles of graduate student submissions include:
? resource availability and use by beaver
? blackberry games: an exercise in ubiquitous computing
? low bush blueberries in northwestern ontario as a commercial crop option in post-harvest peatlands
? fuel characteristics of seven northwestern ontario trees
? zero knowledge trust negotiation
? autonomous navigation algorithms for indoor robots
? the lived experience of outdoor recreation for a person with a developmental disability: a photovoice pilot study
? futurama: propagating patriarchy through the representation of robots

graduate student paper presentations and poster presentations take place on thursday, february 26, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the agora. the graduate student conference, finalist competition, and awards presentation takes place in the faculty lounge from 9:00 a.m. until noon on friday, february 27. everyone is welcome.
