elevate nwo

elevate offers one-to-one support from case workers and outreach workers who have experience with grief & loss. these services are for existing clients of the hiv or hep c care programs and are integrated into the services provided based on need (there is no separate grief/bereavement programming). an ojibwe elder is on site 5 days a week to offer culturally-specific, harm-reduction focused support. for more information, call (807) 345-1516, email info@elevatenwo.org or visit elevatenwo.org.

lutheran community care centre

lutheran community care offers street reach ministries that provide one-to-one or phone support. they are provided by a compassionate, theologically trained chaplain at the drop-in centre. street chaplains strive to be respectful of an individuals’ spiritual/religious values. for more information call (807) 474-9661 to reach the street chaplain or email info@lccare.ca.
