medicine wheel teachings with elder beatrice twance-hynes

monday, february 2nd, 2026

12 pm to 1 pm - gakina nindinawemaaganag - uc1007a

elder beatrice twance-hynes will share teachings from the medicine wheel with us, exploring balance, interconnectedness, and the cycles of life. through the four parts of the circle—mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual—we will reflect on how these teachings connect to the four directions, seasons, and elements, and how we can apply them in our own lives to support well-being and harmony.

everyone welcome!
